100th Anniversary Celebration
The Chicago National Association of Dance Masters was formed on August 15, 1912, making 2012 our 100th anniversary year! The founding mission was “to perfect and build an organization of Dancing Teachers in the city of Chicago.” From those humble beginnings has grown a national-recognized organization with members throughout North America.
There were ten members present at the first CNADM meeting held at Frank L. Oleson’s Dancing Academy. Today, the organization serves over 350 members and hosts over 700 attendees at the annual summer workshops.
