Observer Badges (Student Sessions only) - $25.00 per badge.
Registration Fees cover attendance at all workshop classes. Room and board are the responsibility of the registrant. Tickets to the 96th Annual Awards Banquet on July 24 are included in all PAID registrations for Training School, Dance & More, Convention and Ballet Forum. Additional tickets may be purchased for $45 each. Tickets to the Command Performance on July 26 are NOT included in any registration fee. Tickets may be purchased for $10 in advance and $12 on-site.
*Registrations postmarked after JULY 1, 2008 are subject to late fees: $20.00 for Teachers, Assistants, Ballet Forum registrants; $10.00 for Student Session registrants. Cancellations received prior to July 7, 2008, will be given a full refund less a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations after July 7th will not be refunded.

- Copy of birth certificate MUST be submitted with registration form for any National Ballet Forum or Student Session participant. Minimum age must be reached prior to September 1, 2008 to qualify for attendance.
- All sessions will be held at the Sheraton Chicago Northwest in Arlington Heights, Illinois.
