A dance teacher must develop a curriculum, learn new choreography, organize business operations, order costumes, appease anxious parents, impart discipline, and still somehow inspire students to dance like Pavlova.
It is equally important to focus on your own needs as a dance educator. Becoming a member of the Chicago National Association of Dance Masters is a great way to start putting the focus back on you. Learn the latest trends at a dance workshop, pick up new ideas by networking with other members, enhance class structure with the Student Honors curriculum, work on your professional certification—membership benefits address all these and more.
So, reward yourself with a CNADM membership. Your renewed enthusiasm for the art of dance education will reward your students as well!
CNADM has a reciprocal membership agreement with the Dance Masters of Wisconsin and Southern Association of Dance Masters. If you are a member in good standing with one of these organizations, you may join CNADM by completing the Reciprocal Membership Application and paying the first year’s dues.
